The title object was located on the square created during the construction of the monument to the Unknown Bar Confederate, located near the seat of the Municipal Cultural and Sports Centre in Zagórz. The modernist and multimedia bench dedicated to the 100th anniversary of regaining Poland's Independence is one of 143 facilities of this type that were created throughout the country. It is a result of the nationwide competition of the Ministry of National Defense addressed to local governments. In the Zagórz realities, together with a traditional monument inspired by the 250th anniversary of the Bar Confederation, the bench creates an original space for relaxation and historical reflection. While sitting on the bench, you can start the audio package, which consists of Polish patriotic songs and a fragment of Józef Piłsudski's telegram of 16th November 1918, notifying the establishment of an independent Poland. This type of innovative formula of historical and patriotic education will certainly be attractive, especially for the young generation.
