I invite you to walk the Way of the Cross of New Life through the fields, a route leading to the monastery ruins, which is an extraordinary art gallery and at the same time a trail of prayer and reflection. The initiator of its creation was Józef Kasiak, the parish priest of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary parish in Zagórz. The official opening and consecration was performed by Bishop Adam Szal on 24th August 2012. Individual stations were made by different artists. They were residents of Zagórz, as well as artists from outside our region but related to it. These are works made of wood, stone and metal, combining various techniques. Beautiful bushes and flowers decorating individual stations are the result of the involvement of the locals. The Zagórz Way of the Cross is a part of the Papal Trail.
