Maybe you are sitting at a café table with a cup of coffee in your hand, resting after visiting the Foresterium, or going for a walk around the church. You will certainly notice the well with a stone well casing, covered with a roof. It has recently started to look so picturesque, although its age equals the history of the monastery. There are also many mysterious stories associated with it. It was said that it reached the level of the Osława river flowing below the hill. This deep well, dug with great effort, was certainly intended to provide the monks and possible defenders of the convent with access to fresh water. The well, neglected and overgrown for years, now pleases the eye and adds picturesqueness to this charming corner of the monastery hill.
